*** poor customer service. I bought a card at Sheetz. Paid my money. The receipt stated that the card was active and it reflected my balance. Go to use the card and it doesn't work. Says not activated. Web site same thing. App same thing. Green dot same thing. Nobody will refund my money or fix my card. Stay away.
