My card was locked because I did a change of address in unemployment and did not change it with ReliaCard now it's been three weeks I cannot access my money on this card because they will not unlock it because they can't ID me they gave me a site to go to to send pictures of my state issued ID and a selfie every time I go to that site it says it's being it's under mates maintenance for a half hour and it'll be back online never comes back online the *** with ReliaCard and US Bank User's recommendation: I recommend you Google a paper check from unemployment.
