Car Trawler has not refunded my full refund

Car Trawler has not refunded my full refund even though I cancelled my hire car well in advance of the 24 hour cut off period. They only refunded less than half the cost, as yet I have not received any response to my request to the full refund. This is very frustrating and annoying User's recommendation: Do not use Car Trawler.
