Hello, I recently used Carflexi to book a car for a week during my trip to Georgia (the country, not the state). When I arrived on July 17, 2021 to collect my car, I was told by the agent that they had no details regarding my booking and I was not able to rent a car. I paid a down payment to Carflexi and have been trying to reach them by phone, without answer. I would like to speak with them regarding my booking, and ask them to refund my money.
