Today, 11 August 2021, I was denied a rental because they would not accept my USAA VISA debit card payment. They insisted I use a credit card which was not also a debit card. I have several credit cards but I was not carrying them with me. They were 30 miles away in my RV in which I am staying/traveling. In their own rental agreement which was emailed to me as a reservation, it specifically states that debit cards are acceptable. They left me standing in the street 30 miles from home. Neither I, nor any of my family (15 grandchildren, most of whom are of driving age, will ever have anything to do with them in the future. A copy of this complaint will also be shared with USAA.
