Dear sir/madam, I have already sent you a complaint, (09.09.19), but received no acknowledgement. On 08.08.19 I booked a car through carflexi, on the internet. Booking no. cfffo90, car from aberdeen airport, with europcar, from 13.08.19 to 21.08.19. Our dealings with europcar were very satisfactory, the car being returned without any problem on 21.08.19. It is now more than 3 weeks since this return, and I have heard nothing of the £85.62 deposit paid to you on 08.08.19. I am disgusted at the lack of response from complaints and feel obliged to contact 'you and yours' on radio 4, to warn others of the shoddy service carflexi provides.
