Went away for the August Bank Holiday, called into Reading Services drive through ordered a Cappuccino and White Americano, received White Americano, but NOT a Cappuccino just a milky coffee, so disappointed after over a 100 hundred miles travelled and needing a pick me up. I pulled over had a couple of mouthfuls, and put my drink in the bin. On the return journey home on Monday went into Reading Service's, but Not drive through, went into main building asked for Cappuccino and White Americano and was given just a milky coffee for Cappuccino, have you changed your standards?? Do your staff need training?? White American OK. I have been a customer for a long time and never received sub-standard products, until now. If you could give me some answers I would appreciate it.
