I purchased Canva Pro but am unable to remove the background from my logo. Even though it is a Canva Pro tool, the effects tool that is supposed to be on the toolbar for me to use to remove the background just isnt there, along with others. I called Canva customer support and waited to talk to someone for 30 minutes before eventually hanging up. So my issue has not been resolved and I am even more frustrated.
