Cant verify my identity to redeem points after doing several surveys

No matter what I do , the site refuses to verify my identity.. I want to redeem my points. Am I wasting time with these people? You cant talk to a person. You have to fill out a ticket and wait up to 48 hrs Mon -Fri or call and leave a damn message I am going to be very pissed if I done all those surveys and this was a big lie! User's recommendation: Not sure yet. Seems like BS. We shall see.
