Trying to call customer service at your company but it doesn't seem as though you have a working phone number. With five cars ahead of me I just sat for 45 minutes in your drive-thru on keystone avenue in Indianapolis. I don't understand what takes so long every time we come here. Which is why we stopped using steak 'n shake cuz you can never get in and out within 15 to 20 minutes especially if you wanted to eat inside. Then we got our food and half our order was incorrect and my barcode would not enter to get my rewards. Really very unhappy with the service all around. Tried to call that location but no one answered User's recommendation: Poor service at every location very slow.
