I believe my cell phone was stolen, so after many attempts to get through to a customer service agent, I reported it stolen and was told I would have to buy one. When I asked why, I was told I didnt qualify for a replacement. So I wanted to know if the phones are free, and I see them still giving out phones at tent sites, why a replacement phone costs. The phone I had was an old track phone with no camera and couldnt get good service in the area I live in, yet I need to pay for that kind of substandard equipment. Access wireless maybe issuing out free phones, but if it gets stolen or lost after a year you have to purchase a phone even if you cant afford too. So now I have many unused minutes, but no phone to use them on. I currently have no income, and had to borrow a phone from a relative. If you are providing a service to low/no income people, you have to know they cant afford to purchase a cell phone else they wouldnt be dealing with you. So thank you access wireless for providing me with service but no way to use the service you claiming to provide. Can't replace them cheap phones!
