I have a trip booked for Sept 2021, less than 60 days from now. I'm trying to reach them on the phone, was just on hold for 3 hours and they said I reached the maximum hold time and disconnected me! Last time I tried, about a month ago, they picked up after 3 hours on hold. I would cancel in a second if I didnt need to get out of my house so badly after covid lockup in CA! User's recommendation: Try another company.
