I had hail damage to my roof and I'm trying to schedule the roof replacement and I need solar city to schedule a time to schedule a time to remove the solar panels. After calling many times and being on hold no living person has picked up the phone when I'm on permahold. In fairness I've never waited on the phone longer than fortyfive minutes but I think that's long enough. I've also e mailed- no response, and left a voice mail. no response. I've been using the 888-765-**** number, I'm starting to think that its a dummy number that no one ever pays attention to. I'm starting to think that the cash crunch at Tesla is starting to impact service at solar city, I do hope they prove me wrong.
