Update by user Jun 27, 2021 Continued all day to get this resolved. Numerous emails telling me to verify my identity but wont allow me to do so. Cant talk to a person. Form wont verify my identity. Says I'm invalid in my address.. My phone number...but thats not accurate at all. Original review posted by user Jun 27, 2021 Despite about 100 emails and verification attempts to tell survey junkie customer service.. I still remain without satisfaction. My name and my address and my phone number are all valid and I have given them numerous times. All I get our more emails telling me to verify my info.. The form will not accept my info. This is ridiculous.
