In June, we received a cold call asking us to re-subcribe to paper, Times Herald, since then we have been delivered the Daily Freeman. Have called for the last seven days to get the Times Hearald delivered...have recv'd assurances each day it would be delivered the next day, yet that day has yet to be. Now , today I get this women, who truly did not care about my concern, and when I mentioned that, she started ranting on about her nationality etc, etc etc Why is this such an impossible fete ....to receive a paper? User's recommendation: Consider what your asking for..customer service doesnt seem to be there.
