Can’t get replacement part

I bought a light fixture and my electrician broke a globe. I cannot find anywhere to get a new one. The company is tied with Walmart and phone nunbers for help are always 1800-WALMART, but nowhere in the menu does it allow for you to order parts, talk to a person, etc. User's recommendation: don't buy Mainstays products with parts.
