I have filled out a form several times trying to get tokens i have lost and can not get the problem resolved. Today I purchased tokens and in the middle of the game a popup said going back to the lobby. Will resolve problem and return to game. When it returned I lost all my tokens. As of now yawl owe me at least 8000**** from past months. I notified Gsn but never resolved the problem. User's recommendation: Poor.
