Update by user Aug 21, 2020 Contacted Corporate office. Explained everything to three different reps. Said they would get the Dist Mgr involved, & form would be sent.Another form was sent. It was exactly the same as the first one! State Farm will not accept it!Very unprofessional. I will now go to a professional jeweler, & pay for the appraisal that the insurance company needs.Will never buy from Kay's Jewelry again! Can't get manager to give us the proper professional evaluation form so we can have it added to our personal property home owners insurance policy. User's recommendation: Be careful who you deal with for high quality jewelry.
