Original review posted by user Apr 16, 2021 I was with Ambetter before I got Medicare. Ambetter sent me a letter last September telling me I have a rebate coming. After several phone calls, and trying to navigate and getting cut off through their horrible phone prompt system, I was able to talk to three different people, and have still not been able to find anyone who will send me this money, which the letter THEY SENT ME FIRST claimed is legally mine. So I sent them an e-mail, and they wrote back saying that they can't help me, that I need to call them instead, which I've already done to no avail. Don 't ever do business with these people. I'm going to the Nevada State Insurance Commission next. User's recommendation: AVOID AMBETTER!!!
