Finally called again and got hold of them and was able to get a appointment. So called 3 times and hold also 2 times. But finally got to a person the third time. So my husband got the appointment he needed. We have been going there for years and never had a problem before. I think it was very different this time because of covid. User's recommendation: Yes I would say to ask for real person.
