My Insignia air conditioner only blows hot air and we are in a heat waves! I spent almost two hours going around and around, being shuttled from one person to another. US customer service sent me to Canada Best Buy customer service and their automated system sent me back to US. Then the rep said she would stay on the line to make sure I got to right department. Another long wait and I was pit through to Geek Squad, another long wait. I don't have a Geek Squad membership nor an extended warranty, I just want to get it fixed! The rep said he would see what he could do, then he disconnected! I would like to get this expensive conditioner fixed!!! User's recommendation: Don't buy Insignia product from US or Best Buy.
