The leadership for this company should all be fired. I have been trying for a week to sign up for gas and no luck. On hold, they have an obnoxious recording of continuous jabber selling washington Gas. Cant even work while on hold. Hey, how about if you are going to put people on hold, at least put some music on so you can work. Tried the website and does not function right. Does not recognize address.
