Update by user May 20, 2019 Company went out of business. The company that took over some of their accounts did NOT take over any in the midwest. Which sucks cause the windows were life time warranty Original review posted by user Apr 20, 2019 Are they still in business I know the Mendota Heights, MN office closed but I should be able to contact home offices in CO but can't get thru. We purchased windows in 2013 and picture window needs replacement. I have photos of problem but on my phone. Its fogging up on the inside...not in house or on outside...in the inside. Lifetime warranty so we should be able to get someone our here.
