Within 3 weeks I was ignored, I called them again myself - please solve the problem - THAN... I am very sorry that I connected with Optus - the attitude is just awful, the main thing is to sign a contract, but I don't care about it anyway! I will definitely not recommend Optus to my friends and acquaintances... Connect other contacts! Now there is a lot and variety of telecommunications much cheaper and no fault! Don’t get caught up in these tricky promotions...
