Had service for full 5 years. Called after husband passed later in last of May. Service ended in early June! Found out it had to be done through Brinks! No notice in change, 'til called! All had to be done electronically with signature from singing in the beginning! Gave all info. to them over the phone needed! I'm 75 & it was hard to do. Statement from bank shows payment taken out in June!! Have home phone, no text. Got to support for Brinks, put everything in, went through not a robot, summit & a thing came up for tch ? each time! Even tho I was not a robot, could not send! Shame! Down right stupid. Would never go with them again!! All I wanted was to get the payment back for June & no further to be taken out of my account!! Sad when you can't get a hold of anyone! The chat line did not have anyone to help!! BBB will hear from me!!!!
