Cant cancel policy.

We were told to send a letter to cancel and shortly afterward received a reply. You can not cancel. Hurricane Maria took out the power and telephone system. Still no service and and communications but a contract is a contract. "Thats not our problem." was the response on the phone. Again, we called and was given the run around about adding more service! That is not why we called. They handed us off to 3 different reps and all said the same thing as if they were reading it from the same piece of paper. A terrible company to do business with. We no longer need the service and to install the telephone lines will take over 5 months they said.
