I am unable to use Hotels.com e card on the site. I been calling and calling for 3 days now. Nobody is assisting me. I have $300 worth that has been bought and paid for !!!! This is absolutely ridiculous how I cant speak to a customer representative to help me. Theres no issue with the card. Its a site issue !! I tried and tried numerous times and yet I cant use the gift card. I need a corporate number that I can write and address this issue. User's recommendation: Nope!!!
