When I broke my ankle and could no longer get down the stairs (or under the car) to get my printed papers, I asked them to stop sending. Well, no matter who I talk to, it doesn't stop coming. They go from driveway to garbage. Months of writing to customer service is not resolving my problem. Got today's paper. It won't stop! User's recommendation: It's a struggle going from papers to digital only.
