Cannot speak to anybody for a simple amendment to booking

I have now been on hold for customer services for 1hr 50mins. I have to give up. It is only a simple amendment required that I can't so on line but the hold systems doesn't even give any indication of how long your wait will be or confirm you are in a queue. Just music on a loop for nearly 2 hours. This service is not acceptable to any paying customer. I spent over £4k yesterday, money taken straight away, an after service is imperative or we will never use jet2 again.
