CANNOT GET SCHEDULED FOR REPAIR OF FRIDGE

Our refrigerator (which is covered by the master protection plan), stopped working on June 15, 2021, and we have called everyday since then trying to schedule an appt for repairs, only to be told that the "system is down" and to schedule online. We tried that and it sends us right back to the same number, again telling us the system is still down. How can it be that their system is down for nearly 2 weeks?! What do we do now?
