Update by user Aug 02, 2021 Over 40 messages and emails i have aent. I have gotten no help from marketplace at all. Only automated robo messages saying same thing over n over that they sorry i frustrated with their system.Continue to ignore my complaints Original review posted by user Aug 02, 2021 I sold an item on marketplace over a month ago for 180$ a week later they released 90.08$ but it was suppose to be 170.08. I have sent them over 40 emails in last month. I am ignored and they kept my other half of my payout with no explanation. They just keep sending me robo messages and keep ignoring. Marketplace customer support is non existent User's recommendation: Do not ship on marketplace.
