An item I listed was purchased on Monday, and according to Vinteds terms you have 5 days to ship the item. However just as I was dropping off the item at Hermes I got a notification that the item had been cancelled as it hadnt been shipped, on Friday morning (4 days after purchase). The seller had purchased the item when there were reduced fees, so to repurchase faced an increase of £1.60 in shipping. I had a choice of either accepting a reduced price so the buyer didnt lose out, or risk getting negative feedback. No way to contact Vinted to resolve. User's recommendation: Ship in the first 3 days to avoid the same problem.
