This is twice now that Ive gone to Arbys to get Reubens and handled the cashier a coupon good for Ruebens for $3.00 each and not get them honored. About a month ago, I went through the drive thru, told them I have a coupon and handed it to the cashier and was charged almost &13.00 for 2 Rueben sandwiches. Today, I decide to order inside. Once again I ordered 2 Rueben sandwiches with the $3.00 coupon User's recommendation: Stay away.
