I have points that are expiring and I cannot make connection. I need an extension because Im living in a country that is impossible to travel from without living my job and residency because of Covid restrictions. I called and was on hold for 4h20min before being kicked off the call, WhatsApped but they couldnt serve me in English, and tried to email, but the site is down. I have screenshots to confirm.
