Original review updated by user Apr 09, 2021 I purchased a few of their ÖkoWatt devices that promise to lower you electric bill and they have NOT done that at all. I want a REFUND ASAP. I just received an email (April 8, 2021) from pissedconsumer asking me to "Please mark your review as resolved once you are satisfied with proposed solution." They sent me this message: You can try to reach The Umbra Supply directly: PHONE:(855) 806-**** I still can NOT get thru to this FAKE company. If you or anyone else can get thru to them by phone Please send me an email with the correct number, if there is such a thing. THEY ARE A FRAUD COPMANY. User's recommendation: Stay away from these FRAUDS.
