I received a prepaid Money Network debit card in the mail, but am unable to activate it when calling the number provided - 1-80*-240-****. The reason given is "non-recognition of my telephone number"? I registered on the Money Network website and see where a prepaid deposit was made to my account, but cannot access the funds until the card is activated. If you can activate online - they're not making it clear how to do that. Frankly, I find the system confusing and frustrating, and customers are not given the option to speak with someone or get help. They say "call back using another phone" - HUH??? I don't have another phone to call from... BAD Customer Service! User's recommendation: Avoid Money Network.
