Cannot access my FB…for over a year

I am a military advisor in Saudi Arabia. I cannot login to my FB. It's been over a year. My e-mail btank2016@***.com. I do not know of any other way to contact FB. FB only gives me one option for a security quetion which is phone one of your friends and I am only given 5 friend choices but I would have to login to FB to ask for their phone numbers which I cannot. It would be nice for some help.My name is Brian Tankersley
