Cannot access cameras or cloud account.

Ive only had the cameras for a few months. I got a new phone inside the counter for my new phone. But then I switched back to my old phone in switching back to my old phone I cannot view my cameras anymore nor access the cloud fridge for them and it will not allow me to re-sync them to the new device with an active cloud account. I can no longer find my cloud account or any proof of purchase or receipt. User's recommendation: Be careful when switching phones, potential to lose subscriptions snd poor customer service.
