We had made a purchase of Candy Ceramic Cooker on the 8th of June. Post that we called and requested for the return of the same on the 9th of June 2021, as the building regulations doesn't support the induction cookware. During the time of purchase we were promised several things one of which was EASY RETURNS. Trusting the employees of Carrefour and understanding the ethics of Carrefour we went ahead and bought everything from Carrefour, as you can see the total purchase was of AED 5382/- We politely explained the concern we are facing with the cooking range and also suggested that we can get it exchanged from an induction to burners. But alas, until today we have only have been facing HARASSMENT from Carrefour. If we had any idea that trusting Carrefour would lead to this, we wouldn't have stepped inside the store. Least to say it has been a disgusting and a harrowing experience. I am writing to you again hoping that you can take quick action on this. Again the only thing Carrefour has to do is take the oven back. If Carrefour lacks in giving such basic customer service, then it's worthless to buy anything ever from here. Needless to say, looking at our experience our family and friends will definitely stay away from buying any electronic items from the store. And as the wait increases with the trauma, i'll make sure more and more people learn about our horrific experience and stay away from Carrefour. There are many better and completent sellers in the market who comply by their standards and adhere to the consumer law. Carrefour is definitely not one of them. I hereby request you to act on the situation without having me to pay an additional amount for the promises you have made soon if you want me as a consumer and others to believe that Carrefour still has some professional ethics.
