I have disability accomadations that were denied in the dissertation phase of my edd. As I asserted my need for the accommodations I was ignored, lied to, and dismissed 8 credits from graduating. After $ 60000 plus being spent in loans. Now the school has maintained after 8 years of enrollment I am unable to complete the degree. I have a 3.o gpa and because I lived from my loan money I am in a state of distress. I let them know that it is illegal for them to receive federal funding for me and not apply my accommodations. And when I asked them where is it written that my accommodations are not to be given to me during the dissertation phase of my doctorate they admitted that there was written nowhere. The more I asked for help and asked for a interview concerning my concerns that was not done. I am a cancer survivor my home caught fire in 2016 I almost died of malnutrition due to 13 surgeries. I did all these things while struggling to pass and my doctorate in organizational leadership. And now the school says that they don't think I can even finish the degree. And they let it be known that they would not work with me or accept me the next time I applied. I am a cancer survivor I used to do my homework doing chemotherapy and now I received a letter stating every negative thing that they could about my Fight For Life and graduation in these past 8 years exclusively going to Argosy University. They have ignored me and not addressed my disability needs please help me.
