Cancelling reservation + not refunding my money STILL

Cancelled BOTH my reservations. Almost messed up our long planned family vacation. Still waiting on one of the refunds from February. Truly unacceptable 4 hour wait (3) days in a row to speak to representative. Never never ever again will I use hotels.com Really screwed up because I just spent 9 weeks on the road and you lost ALL that business $9000 hotel bill paid for by my insurance company that could've been yours if ANYONE had done their job or picked up the phone to fix the simple problems.
