I had booked a ticket from Cochin to Rome with return, I received the email that the flight was cancelled and a refund will be done, this email was received in April 2020. Today I talked with one of your customer service person, he was not ready to listen to what I have to say. He appeared to be rude and disconnected the call immediately. Such services are unacceptable.
