We booked and had confirmation thru VRBO at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson Mo. This went thru a third party I assume approved by VRBO called rental pros. We were leaving the morning of our check in for vacation. We called to see about check in times . They said they had no reservations under our name . After emails VRBO cancelled our reservations and said we would get a refund yet to be seen. They did not even offer to find us a new place . We needed up staying in a motel . Beware User's recommendation: Check weeks ahead of time for another confirmation.
