I reserved a 3/4 ton truck for towing a rental RV, 10 days out from my reservation I am notified that they have no inventory because they rented to the Forest Service for the burn/fire season. Basically they got a better deal and blamed it on COVID 19 that they have no more inventory. Now I can't tow my vacation rental and I can't even get a partial refund because they didn't notify me before 14 days. Now I'm out even more $$$. User's recommendation: Consider someone else for towable trucks for rent.
