customer for years, always had some reason not to pay a claim. Latest was wifes car got a small stone chip in windshield. Told by geico agent that if less than a dollar bill could be repaired. Did she want them to go ahead and schedule safelite to do the repair; yes go ahead. Agent came back and stated that the first avai available tech was not available for a week week
