My partner and I booked a trip to Kingston, Jamaica November [protected] with Caribbean Airlines, booking reference numbers 3EQ7OG & 3IUEY3. Caribbean then changed our return flight to November 16, which forced us to cancel the trip. Because the airline cancelled our original flight, they indicated that we would receive a full refund. At the time, we were told that the refund would take about 4 months. Four months later, we were told the refund could take up to 8 months. It has now been 9 months since the cancelled flight and we have not received our refund. We have contacted the airline 4-5 times and each time are told to check back in several months. Nearly 1 year after this cancelled flight the airline appears to have no intention of refunding our tickets, which were $448.97 each.
