Cancelled flight without notice

Hi, I booked for a flight to Fiji via Brisbane from Sydney on the 28/03/20. Upon arriving for checkin i noticed that the flight VA909 was cancelled.. I didnt receive any email from BYOjet about the cancellation.. Now im trying to contact BYOjet for a refund and have been unable to get through or waiting for ever on the phone.. I have been trying to contact them by phone since the 28th and been unsuccessfull..
