I had the misfortune of using Budget Air to book a return ticket from the UAE to UK last June. The monies were deducted from my account yet no tickets were issued. The reason being that the flights (Turkish Airlines) had been cancelled. In spite of the fact that Budget Air clearly knew about this they still took the price of the fare. I have sent countless e mails to try and resolve this matter but am constantly met with the same reply, 'please provide as much information as possible and we will try to resolve this matter!' In spite of this they never do. I would suggest that anybody contemplating using this organisation does think twice. I myself will never deal with them again! Tony (nthn. [protected]@gmail.com).
