Cancelled dropbox & still being billed. Cannot contact dropbox

Update by user Apr 29, 2021 The only thing I can do now is to have my bank decline the charge. If dropbox disputes the denial of this charge, I have no way to communicate with dropbox, because they no longer recognize my account so I cannot access customer support and their online chat is absolutely no help. They have no phone access to their company. Original review posted by user Apr 29, 2021 2 or 3 months ago I cancelled and deleted my Dropbox account online, and yesterday they billed my credit card for another year subscription. I can't log in because they no longer recognize my email account, so I can't access customer support, customer support chat says so sorry try customer service, and there is NO way to contact Dropbox. User's recommendation: Customer support the have ever experienced. No Contact.
