Our flight was cancelled after waiting all day and NOT due to weather. Jet blue let us sit in the airport ALL day while there was a water leak at the airport. No employees were present to help us we didnt even know where our luggage was to go home. THEN waited almost 7 hours to speak to someone on the phone to rebook flights. (This was at night too not prime time mid day) Now flight number two. No AC and our flight delayed AGAIN my family hs been split up cloying on different days two days later. Nothing offered for food or expenses. Shame on you jet blue. User's recommendation: Don’t fly jet blue.
